“I love The Body Barn. It is a great women's gym if what you are after is quietly completing a great workout in a nice environment with lovely people. The circuit is fantastic and when I go regularly I unquestionably feel so much better and have so much more energy. The circuit works all the muscles that are important to women's health and strength in 40 mins (if you want - in and out! Great!), there are treadmills and bikes, and they do some classes too.”​

When I joined this gym about five years ago I had acute RSI from years spent working at a computer. I used to wake up at night with stabbing pains down my shoulders and arms. Within about three months of starting to do a daily half hour of circuit training at the gym, with weight lifting for the upper body, the RSI was completely gone. Joining the gym also helped me reduce from 66 kilos to 59 kilos, which helped me be more confident when my employment contract ended and I had to attend multiple job interviews. This is a no-nonse gym - no mirrors, no murals and no lycra. Women of all ages work out here. It's very friendly.”​

This is a wonderful womens fitness & weight loss centre designed by women for women. it offers circuit training, weights, cardio, classes and it is  run by Toni & her daughter Nikki who are extremely friendly & knowledgeable.
There is ample parking, the hours are user friendly & it is a great way to keep fit & meet new people.  a great gym for women  of all ages
